Contact > Content: Instagram for Authentic Human Connection

Instagram is often seen as a marketplace of images, status, and empty numbers. Yet beneath the surface, it is also a field of potential connection. The task is not to deny the game, but to name it—and then to play it with heart-centered intention.

This workshop is a reframe: a journey from content to contact, from performance to presence, from algorithm to authentic connection.

Hosted by Saga Blane (@thresholdsinger) and Nicholas Dallwitz (@florigenix).

A note from Saga:

I invited Nicholas into this circle because he has done what so many of us long for: he has played the game of Instagram at scale without losing his soul. He understands both the shadow and the light of the algorithm, and he can speak to the realities of numbers and metrics while also opening the possibility of authentic connection, expression, and intimacy. One of his gifts is mapping mechanics with precision—and showing how to engage them without being consumed.

My role is to hold the deeper architecture: how we weave our presence online as an extension of our truth, how we tune to the frequency of our hearts and build creative, communications, and business structures from that place.

Together, we offer both the map and the compass for navigating this terrain.
