Integrative Coaching for Navigating Change with Clarity

Support for stress, decision-making, identity shifts, and the deep work of becoming.

I offer grounded, trauma-aware coaching for individuals navigating complexity—whether that looks like stress, burnout, life transitions, or the quiet call to change.

My practice weaves somatic awareness, pattern recognition, and narrative clarity to support clients in reconnecting with their inner authority. Together, we move at the pace of trust—making space for truth, emergence, and aligned action.

This work is both structured and spacious. Rooted and visionary. Practical and sacred.

Who It’s For

This work is especially supportive for:

  • Professionals and creatives in a moment of transition

  • People navigating burnout, identity shifts, or stuckness

  • Individuals seeking alignment between inner truth and outer choices

  • Those looking for coaching that honors mind, body, and meaning

You don’t have to be “spiritual” or “creative” to do this work—just willing to show up honestly.

PATHWAYS OF LEARNING

I bring over 15 years of lived inquiry, research, and professional experience in creative, relational, and healing-centered work. My coaching draws from a wide range of methodologies—some formally studied, others cultivated through long-term practice, apprenticeship, and intuitive integration. Below is an overview of the foundations that inform my work.

  • M.A., Art History – University of Edinburgh, 2010

M.E.D., Environmental Design – Yale School of Architecture, 2013

Ongoing MFA, Creative Writing – Randolph College, Virginia

    • Certified Bach Flower Essence Practitioner

    • Three-Year Herbalism Apprenticeship with Vanessa Chakour

    • Reiki I Practitioner Certification

    • Immersion in somatic tools, breathwork, plant-based healing, and free movement practices

    • Self-directed study in the neuroscience of trauma, cognitive patterning, and narrative reframing

    • WPP Fellow (2014 cohort), global communications training across London & NYC

    • Relationship Coach for Julius Bäer, supporting interpersonal development within a global wealth management context

    • Strategic and narrative consultant for wellness practitioners, creatives, and executives

  • My coaching is shaped by long-term, cross-disciplinary exploration in the following areas:

    • Narrative Practice & Identity Reframing: Working with the stories we tell ourselves and creating new frameworks for meaning

    • Somatic Awareness & Energetic Attunement:
Developing tools for self-regulation, embodied decision-making, and emotional clarity

    • Creative Systems Mapping: Using visual and conceptual systems to reveal inner blocks, parts of self, and energetic flow

    • Ceremonial Holding & Circle Facilitation:
Informed by teachings of the Seven Directions, earth-honoring spiritual traditions (including Nordic animism), and feminine mystic lineages. I walk with reverence and do not claim ownership of these traditions—only right relationship.

    • Inner Systems & Archetypal Work: Including adapted models inspired by Internal Family Systems, The Artist’s Way, and symbolic part-work

    • Mental Loop Repatterning & Nervous System Regulation: Integrating breath, herbs, movement, and simple rituals to support resilience and reset

  • My work blends intuitive listening with structural clarity.

I meet clients where they are—emotionally, creatively, and practically—and draw from a tailored toolkit that may include story reframing, energetic patterning, vocal toning, archetypal reflection, or simple deep conversation. I believe healing occurs when we make contact with what’s already present and allow space for it to shift.

Thinkers and visionaries who have influenced my practice include: Tricia Hersey, Adrienne Maree Brown, Julia Cameron, Clarissa Pinkola Estés, Deborah Hanekamp, and Frederic Laloux. I also honor the unnamed medicine keepers, elders, and creative ancestors whose wisdom is embedded in the lineages I carry.

(A more complete list of influences can be found in my Library.)

  • FlowForm™ is a trademarked methodology I developed through years of client work and creative inquiry. It maps the relationship between formative experiences, archetypal patterns, and creative/spiritual fulfillment. This system helps illuminate the hidden architecture behind stuck stories and offers tangible paths toward personal alignment and expression.

Lineage & Practice Statement

My work exists at the crossroads of lived experience, formal study, and sacred remembrance. Some of what I carry has been taught to me through coursework, apprenticeship, or credentialed training. Much more has arrived through practice, intuitive listening, ancestral memory, and devotion.

I honor the human and more-than-human teachers who have shaped me—many of whom are untraceable through historical lineage, but live on through earth, ritual, and the invisible architecture of transmission.

My conscious and unconscious influences span:

  • Earth-based ritual traditions of the Andes and Nordic regions

  • Feminine temple lineages rooted in mysticism

  • Somatic, narrative, and archetypal systems for healing and creative clarity

  • Botanical allies, flower essences, and the vibrational intelligence of plants

  • Internal systems mapping, adapted from IFS and spiritual psychology

  • Writing, story, and symbol as instruments of transformation

I do not separate practice from relationship. I walk with gratitude, practice care, ask before using, and remain in ongoing accountability to the land and its rememberers—named and unnamed—that shape my field. This is not a final list, but a living one. I live in gratitude for the teachings.
